2. Build and lead the specification team, setting clear targets and KPIs
3. Identify key market segments, projects, and influencers to prioritize specification efforts

2.Specification & Project Engagement

1. Drive product specification with architects, consultants, designers, and project stakeholders
2. Track major projects from concept and design stage through tender and execution.
3. Ensure timely inclusion of company products in BOQs, tenders, and design documents

3.Stakeholder Management

1. Build strong relationships with architectural firms, design houses, developers, and government bodies
2. Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical, and product teams to convert specifications into orders.
3. Represent the company at industry forums, design events, and technical seminars.

4.Technical & Product Expertise

1. Act as the subject-matter expert for product applications and system solutions
2. Support technical presentations, design assistance, and value engineering discussions
3. Provide market feedback to R&D and product management teams

5.Performance & Reporting

1. Monitor specification pipeline, project wins, and conversion ratios
2. Prepare regular reports on project status, market trends, and competitor activity
3. Ensure CRM and project-tracking tools are effectively used
