Key Responsibilities:-

1. Develop and manage the channel sales network including dealers, distributors and retailers.
2. Appoint new dealers and distributors to expand market reach in the assigned territory.
3. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
4. Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to drive repeat business.
5. Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends.
6. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
7. Coordinate with marketing team for branding activities and product promotions.
8. Conduct product presentations and training sessions for dealers and influencers.
9. Identify new business opportunities in the territory.
10. Submit regular sales reports, market feedback and forecasting data.

Key Requirements:

1. Minimum 3–8 years of experience in channel sales.
2. Must have experience in laminates, plywood, veneers, MDF
3. Strong dealer network in the assigned region will be preferred.
4. Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
6. Target driven and result oriented approach.
7. Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
