Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Jaipur Sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing channel partners, and leading a team to achieve business targets while strengthening market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive overall sales performance for the Jaipur branch in line with company targets
2. Manage and expand distributor and dealer network across the region
3. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and support staff.
4. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.
5. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including distributors, dealers, architects, and interior designers.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
7. Ensure timely collection and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
8. Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch, supply chain, marketing) for smooth operations
9. Ensure proper implementation of company policies and processes
10. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews

Key Requirements:

1. Graduate / MBA preferred
2. 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5-6 years in a team handling role
3. Strong network in Jaipur market is highly preferred
4. Experience in laminates industry
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
6. Strong business acumen and result-driven approach
